Terms of Service
Last updated: June 15, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of the ReplyHey service provided by ReplyHey GmbH (“ReplyHey”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you accept these Terms on its behalf.
2. The service
ReplyHey provides forms, inbound message handling, and AI-assisted replies. We may add, change, or remove features over time. AI-generated content can be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on or sending it.
3. Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law or infringe others’ rights;
- send spam or unsolicited messages, or violate anti-spam rules;
- upload malware or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service;
- reverse engineer or resell the service except as permitted by law.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the service. You are responsible for your content and for having the rights to use it.
6. Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may change prices with reasonable notice.
7. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the service. On termination your right to use the service ends and we may delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReplyHey is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms from time to time and will post the new version here. Continued use after changes means you accept them. Questions? Email legal@replyhey.com.
